
This deeply nourishing practice is designed to help you slow down, ground, and reconnect. We begin with pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system and center the mind, followed by a gentle blend of yin yoga and restorative yoga. Yin postures slowly open fascia and connective tissue allow for deep opening and freedom in the joints, while restorative postures offer supported rest, healing, and a complete reset for the whole body.
The practice closes with a 10-minute guided meditation, inviting deep stillness, clarity, and inner peace. Perfect for anyone seeking balance, stress relief, or a return to their authentic self.
