Yoga is an ancient practice that dates back over 5,000 years ago. It's considered to be the path to enlightenment, balancing body, mind, and spirit. We're not looking to fix or change ourselves, but spontaneous transformat is a byproduct of a yoga practice. It combines physical postures (known as asanas), breath control (known as pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles to promote overall health, well-being, and mindfulness. The goal of yoga is to create greater balance, flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
Yoga can be practiced in many different styles, from more physically challenging forms like Vinyasa or Ashtanga, to slower, restorative practices like Hatha or Yin Yoga. Yoga also encourages self-awareness, presence, and emotional resilience. It's a wonderful modality for stress relief, mental clarity, and emotional healing, in addition to physical benefits.

This deeply relaxing guided meditation is a modern adaptation of the ancient practice of yoga nidra. It brings about a knowing of who and what you are when you’re free of conditioning, limiting beliefs, and perceived obstacles. Meditation allows us to embrace everything – just as it is. iRest is backed by science and is effective for depression, sleep issues, trauma, chronic pain, and anxiety, all while creating a sense of relaxation and overall well-being.

What are the obstacles that stand in the way of my freedom
What if I took nothing personally
How do I stoke the energetic flames of my life and be reenergized

This is a one-on-one practice where you get to dive deep. During this hour-long private session, we use the tools of iRest meditation and a deeply supportive coaching-style approach. In our sessions, we work through the healing process, the release of beliefs, and grow self-love. I guide you in meeting yourself where you are in the present moment as well as working through particular obstacles holding you back from living with unlimited potential. Moving beyond these perceptions allows you to respond to life from a place of wholeness, equanimity, and stability – and abide as THIS awake and aware presence – which essentially is LOVE! The foundation here is deep self-love and wholeness as you inquire, welcome, and listen, setting all that doesn’t serve you free.

Reiki is a technique for channeling unconditional love into the body. The Japanese word, Reiki, means the unification of vital and universal life energy; translated means spiritual wisdom and life force energy. It's the same energy that animates all living things, that causes grass to grow and flowers to bloom. Reiki has the power to provide an intentional practice to harness wisdom and energy to powerfully heal oneself. It's an invitation to trust. It can't be done wrong. What's meant to happen will happen. We all have healing energy within. This ancient healing modality is shared by a Reiki practitioner placing hands on the body or intentionally sending it from a distance. We call this distance healing.
